Workflow & Integration Build
Custom-built workflow systems, from process mapping to tool integration to automation pipelines, built the way construction taught me to build: foundation first.
The gap
Most workflow projects fail because no one mapped the process before building on top of it. You cannot automate chaos. You have to understand how work actually moves through your business before you can build something that improves it.
The background
I spent two decades in residential construction and renovation before moving into AI systems design. That background still shapes how I build today. In construction, a project without a solid foundation and a thorough execution plan does not just underperform, it fails. Often expensively. The same is true for digital systems, the materials are just different.
What I bring to every workflow engagement is the same discipline: document the current state, map where things break, plan the build before touching a single tool, and build for durability over speed.
The process
A workflow engagement starts with an audit of how your business actually operates: where information moves, where it slows down, where decisions stall, and where manual effort is doing the job a system should be doing. From there we design the improved flow, identify the right tools and integrations, and build the system in a sequence that keeps your operation running while the new infrastructure comes online.
You end up with something that connects your tools, removes the manual handoffs, and runs without requiring you to manage it.
