The methodology
We start by looking at where your business actually slows down. Not where you think it slows down. A systems analysis call covers your current tools, your workflows, and where human effort is holding things together that shouldn't require it. We come out of that call with a clear map of your bottlenecks and a ranked view of what's worth fixing first.
Before anything gets built, we map the system. What moves, where it goes, what triggers what, and what you'll own when it's done. You review and approve the design before a line of code gets written. No surprises in delivery.
We build on infrastructure you own: Google Apps Script, Claude API, Supabase, AppSheet, Vercel. No third-party platforms sitting between you and your system, no subscription fees baked into the architecture, no lock-in. The system is yours when we're done.
The first two weeks after delivery are tuning weeks. Real usage surfaces edge cases that testing doesn't. We stay close, fix what needs fixing, and make sure the system actually holds up under your real workload.
You get the keys. Full documentation, credentials, and a system that runs without us. If you want ongoing support, we offer retainers, but it's never a condition of the build.
