Simon Dauphinee, known as Simo, is a Workflow Systems Architect and the founder of BottBott Business Systems, where he helps owner-operated businesses eliminate the manual bottlenecks that quietly cap their growth. His work isn't SaaS reselling. He builds bespoke systems clients own outright, connecting tools that don't talk to each other and replacing copy-paste workflows with infrastructure that scales without adding headcount.

Before AI, Simo spent 20 years in construction. That background still shapes how he builds today: measure twice, build for durability, and never forget that someone has to actually live with what you create. He's HGTV alumni, an award-winning author, and a podcast host.

Simo also writes BottBott, a Substack publication on practical, hands-on Assisted Software Development, helping non-technical builders use AI to create real things, think clearly, and stay human in the process. He's based in Belize and works with legal practices, creative agencies, consultants, and e-commerce brands.
