Ongoing Systems Support
Most of what BottBott builds runs on its own. But code environments change, and when something needs attention, you want the person who built it on the other end of the line.
The reality
API keys expire. OAuth authorizations time out. Hosting platforms update their protocols. Dependencies shift. Code that ran perfectly for months can quietly stop working after a platform update you had nothing to do with.
When you own your system outright, those moments are your responsibility. When you have a retainer with BottBott, they are mine.
What's included
Monitoring for silent failures before they become visible problems. Fast response when something breaks. Dependency updates and re-authorizations as needed. Adjustments when a connected platform changes its API or authentication flow.
This is not a support ticket queue. Retained clients get a direct response.
The fit
Not everyone does. Some builds are stable enough that the owner can handle the occasional hiccup with minimal guidance. Others, especially those with multiple integrations, scheduled automations, or client-facing components, are better off knowing someone is available. If you are not sure which category you fall into, that is worth a conversation.
